My Cultural Journey
Kaha’i Creations started as my own journey of cultural reconnection. I was inspired by my father’s experience rediscovering his Māori heritage after growing up in a time when expressing his culture wasn’t encouraged. Watching him reclaim those roots made me want to preserve and celebrate our stories in my own way.
With a background in oil painting and Pacific Island Studies, I began creating artwork that helps keiki and their families connect with, and feel proud of Polynesian culture and history.
My mission is simple and heartfelt: to share Polynesian stories, history, and cultural beauty through artwork that is fun, authentic, and inspiring.

When I sit down to create, I often think about the traditions, landscapes, and generational memories that have shaped my understanding of culture.
